Davina and I worked together as a senior management team at a time of intense pressure and in a challenging environment. Change management is difficult , but enforced change management can be terrifying. Davina not only managed her own role, but took on additional senior management responsibility for HR, HSE and operations. Working across 2 complex business units over 3 sites and 3 separate brands, Davina was the fulcrum for communication not only internally but externally with shareholders and stakeholders alike. Over 12 months Davina was pivotal in invigorating the teams, reorganising her departments and recruiting new colleagues of the highest standards in the most difficult labour market of recent decades. The business flourished with Davina at the heart. Working tirelessly, often 7 days a week , so that her teams could have a positive work life balance. It would be a pleasure to work with Davina again, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly for a multitude of roles.
